Buying our products on line

• Click on the product category of your choice in the left hand boxes of your screen. You can browse for a specific item or use the quick search button above.
• Click the 'buy' button and choose your selections for size and colour. Confirm your order and specify quantity required.
• Proceed to checkout and pay or you can continue to shop. You can add or delete as many items to your order as you decide and you can view the contents of your shopping basket by clicking the 'view basket' button.
• Once ready you can proceed to the checkout. You will then be asked for your details so that we can process your order.

Pricing

All products offered for sale are priced in pounds sterling. One Stop Pony Shop is not VAT registered. Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, colours and measurements are correct. We reserve the right to discontinue items and change prices where necessary.

Product Availability

We will notify you if a product you have ordered is out of stock and inform you of anticipated delivery date. If this is not convenient, you can choose an alternative product or choose a refund.

Payment

By debit or credit card - we accept most major debit or credit cards. We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in pounds Sterling.

Cheque or postal order - made payable to One Stop Pony Shop (please also include a copy of your order confirmation page). Please send cheques with orders to One Stop Pony Shop, Poole House, Thorngrove, Middlezoy, Somerset, TA7 0PD

Dispatch

Once you have placed you order with us we will endeavour to dispatch your products within 48 hours but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery during busy periods. If delivery is likely to take longer we will contact you. Whilst we will try to dispatch 'made to measure' goods as quickly as we can, please allow up to 28 days.

Postage and packing is £4.95 for most orders. Most goods will arrive with you via Royal Mail and Parcel Force although occasionally we may use an alternative carrier. Please note that a signature will be required on receipt of high value goods and if you are out a card will be left notifying you of delivery and detailing who to contact to arrange delivery when you are in. Second attempt deliveries may be charged for and in cases where parcels are returned to One Stop Pony Shop there will be a £10 handling charge. Please note that they do not make timed deliveries.

Please contact us for postage quotes if you are in the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands.

Some of the bulky or irregular shaped items will be priced differently and you will be notified of this as you are guided through the payment process.

BFPO

We are happy to export orders to BFPO addresses. Most of our products are zero rated (VAT) although we do provide a voucher code for discounts to Military Personnel Overseas. Please contact us for the code. The code can only be used for a BFPO delivery address. While postal charges will normally fall within our standard delivery bands we may have to charge you more for bulky or heavier parcels. We will contact you should this be the case.
