a) along top of back to tail (NOT including neck - rug maker will add a collar based on dog type)

b) around the neck.

c) around the girth (measure vertically at the deepest part of the chest)

d) For greyhound shaped dogs, it can be useful to take a further measurement 10" further back towards back legs
