Terms and Conditions for One Stop Pony Shop

 

Please read Terms and Conditions carefully and if you do not agree with them, do not use this website.

Contract

English law is the applicable law. A contract between you and One Stop Pony Shop will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items dispatched. When buying goods and services on the internet the consumer is entering a legally binding contract. Under the UK's distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel the purchase within 7 working days of delivery. Alison Braddock is a sole trader and is trading as One Stop Pony Shop.

Privacy Policy

One Stop Pony Shop is committed to protecting your security. Protect your passwords to avoid unauthorized access. Be sure to sign off if you are using a shared computer. Your access passwords should remain confidential.

We promise to use your data in a responsible manner. By using One Stop Pony Shop you are agreeing to practices described in this privacy notice.

Security

Credit Card Security is provided through Protx.

Pricing

All products offered for sale are priced in pounds sterling. One Stop Pony Shop is not VAT registered. Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, colours and measurements are correct. We reserve the right to discontinue items and change prices where necessary.

Payment

By debit or credit card - we accept most major debit or credit cards. We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in pounds Sterling.

Cheque or postal order - made payable to One Stop Pony Shop (please also include a copy of your order confirmation page). Please send cheques with orders to One Stop Pony Shop, Poole House, Thorngrove, Middlezoy, Somerset, TA7 0PD

Dispatch

Once you have placed you order with us we will endeavour to dispatch your products within 48 hours but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery during busy periods. If delivery is likely to take longer we will contact you. Whilst we will try to dispatch 'made to measure' and 'personalised' goods as quickly as we can, please allow up to 28 days.

Postage and packing is £4.95 for most orders. Most goods will arrive with you via Royal Mail and Parcel Force although occasionally we may use an alternative carrier. Please note that a signature will be required on receipt of high value goods and if you are out a card will be left notifying you of delivery and detailing who to contact to arrange delivery when you are in. Second attempt deliveries may be charged for and in cases where parcels are returned to One Stop Pony Shop there will be a £10 handling charge. Please note that they do not make timed deliveries.

Please contact us for postage quotes if you are in the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands.

Some of the bulky or irregular shaped items will be priced differently and you will be notified of this as you are guided through the payment process.

BFPO

We are happy to export orders to BFPO addresses. Most of our products are zero rated (VAT) although we do provide a voucher code for discounts to Military Personnel Overseas. Please contact us for the code. The code can only be used for a BFPO delivery address. While postal charges will normally fall within our standard delivery bands we may have to charge you more for bulky or heavier parcels. We will contact you should this be the case.

Returned Goods

A full refund will be provided by us on an item returned by you in its original packaging, unsoiled and unused within 14 days of receipt for any reason. It is your responsibility to pay the cost of returning the item to us. We must receive the goods first in order that we can refund or exchange. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage and do not forget to enclose the return form enclosed with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return post and packing fee when requesting an exchange. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance to make a claim for any loss or damage.

We do not give refunds on items returned after 14 days.

Made to Measure and Personalised Items

All items 'made to measure' and 'personalised' are non-returnable. Customised orders normally require a longer delivery time.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Should you receive faulty goods either from transit or due to faulty manufacturer please return them immediately for our inspection. And under no circumstances should the goods continue to be used when damaged. We will either replace the goods, credit your account or issue a full refund. Replacement goods can not be sent out until we have received the returned goods. Postage costs will be reimbursed for justifiable claims. We do not give refunds on damaged goods not notified to us within 14 days of receipt.

Health and Safety Regulations

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved in the inspection of footwear and horse clothing, it is regretted that we are unable to inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).

Product Availability

We will notify you if a product you have ordered is out of stock and inform you of anticipated delivery date. If this is not convenient, you can choose an alternative product or choose a refund.
